I know because I had to do an MP prayer just to get in.

And now I don't have any MP for flapping my wings, which is something that for some reason requires more than just burning calories in order to do.

Apparently only portals out of, and through, Elysium were properly discounted. The issue has been addressed and is awaiting deployment/hotfix. Thank you for reporting it!

Hotfix has been deployed, so it should be working as advertised now.
