Lower Bullhorn weight

Bullhorn weights 3 at the moment, extra batteries are 1 weight each. Could the bullhorn weght be reduced to 2.

Would be fun to use one, but space is limited (and Lighten enchants do not last long enough to be worth relying on them).

+1 with caviot that bullhorn weight should be 0 consistent with radios

I would support changing the weight to 1, but I don't support a weight of 0.

Someone used a bullhorn to say:

New Bullhorns will be now 1 wt.
Existing Bullhorns are still 3 wt, pending admin intervention.

It was so loud, it must have come from inside.

I am told currently existing Bullhorns now have the correct weight.
