Ineffable Sea doesn't protect you from Searing River
Ineffable Mystery is supposed to protect you from environmental damage. Ineffable Sea is an upgraded form of Ineffable Mystery. Yet, with Ineffable Sea on, you take Searing River and Lake of Fire damage.

I've seen instances of this happening not just with this skill but also with Planar Protection skills which I'd thought would protect against it. I'll have a look later.

The Ineffable tree of cloaks should now protect against terrain damage as advertised, fix will be deployed with the next patch. Thanks for reporting the issue!
