Elementalist's spell MP cost increase not applying to target shooting

The Ele in question is using electric spells, has one fire element skill (Fire Adept) and needs 4 mana to cast Shocking Dart instead of the normal 3.
The target shooting dropdown displays the correct mana cost (4) but only deducts 3 mana. Same thing happens while tapped into a font.
- You take aim at the target with your Shocking Dart and hit! The target has been destroyed! You gain 8 experience points! (2023-01-31 23:52:22).
- Myrhan drew 3 Magic Points from :^). (2023-01-31 23:52:22).
