I had a pristine sword with 3 cold enchantments on it and a pristine sword with 5 holy enchantments on it. Found an IB and wanted to activate the Holy enchantments, but found that I could only activate the Cold sword.
Screenshot has them before repairs, when they had different quality, and after, when they stack.
