Would add that liches/revenants and possibly seraphs/VWs aren't fleshy and shouldn't have blood to be drained.

Target shooting with Sniper of Creeping Chill costs 3MP (costs 2 MP against people)

Known bug
RNG is rolled twice, once for the found gem, and once for the gem in the message

(or any other bone, but a skull seems cooler and better for target shooting)
