Characters with the Surgery skill should be able to craft Bone Leech/Healing Herb in Hall of Reconstruction/Ward of Respite, respectively.

Could be limited to Demons/Bone Leech/Hall of Reconstruction and Angels/Healing Herb/Ward of Respite for flavor.

Implemented on devside with a twist - non-demons can harvest herbs and non-angels can harvest leeches. This is a good idea.

It's worth mentioning that in Breath 5, harvesting mechanics will be much more comprehensive and will include many more locations and resources.
