In this thread, we tell the game balance, common sense, or even sanity, to suck it.

Make a crazy/stupid/unbalanced suggestions here. Any suggestions will do, they just have to be funny. Very Happy


I'll start with....

Using explosive murder reduces respawn cost to 1. Get back and blow yourself up again.

If a player has no skill in archery/firearms they will automatically make an AoE attack every time they use their gun/bow. Damage per target and max damage are the same as the weapon's damage, accuracy is the same. So basically...

engineering lets you craft catapults to launch people and deal bludgeon aoe damage to target square, both indoors and outdoors. If the ammunition has explosive murder, convert that to fire damage :v

New Wyrm Master Skill: Summon Ant Swarm

This skill gives the Wyrm Master the ability to summon an ant swarm. The ant swarm will completely consume all food carried by everyone in the square, and all food in any safes or footlockers that might be present.

Book Cannon
Loads one book at a time. Damage is equal to the amount of XP the book would grant. Holy books do Holy damage, Unholy books do Unholy.

I know I mentioned this in another topic, but I'll go into more detail while posting it here.

Acid Urine

New Wyrm Master skill, child skill of Acid Spittle. Grants Wyrm Masters a new Innate attack which allows them to urinate on their enemies for 16 points of acid damage. If used on an enemy who's injured, the power doubles and poisons the enemy (due to the toxins getting into their bloodstream).

Dark oppressor skills:

Summon Infernal Behemoth
The DO summons a nameless behemoth with level equal to his/her minus 5. Behemoth will spawn with either hth-oriented or melee oriented skills and will act as a normal pet.

Summon wyrm master
The DO summons a nameless wyrm master with level equal to his/her minus 5. Wyrm master will get spit attack and random summoning trees. He/she will summon up to 3 pets, and will switch to dark heart attacks if low on mp (switching back when it's back over 2/3 max mp).

A Lich getting the ability to envelop him/herself into a hulking monstrosity formed by the bodies of its pets at no additional MP cost. The thing regenerates as normal and the lich doesn't spend AP anymore as it just orders the monster to move. HP, MP and AP are cumulative.
Did I mention you can add pets on the fly?
To balance things out, you need to send a pet inside to search for components and stuff though, since you won't fit.

Advocate skill:

Sermonize: 50 AP, zero MP (certainly no magic involved here) - bores everyone listening to sleep. 95% chance to hit all characters in the same location as the preacher. Affected characters "go to sleep" - player cannot access their character 2 ticks.

DISCLAIMER - I LIKE a good sermon. But have heard some that fall in this category.

New Item: Automobiles - You can get them from junkyards and dealer ships, but they're in need of repair and take up all your inventory, and inflict a movement penalty. Vehicles range from sub-compacts to full sized vans.

Factional Garage: A place where you can store vehicles, work on them as long as you have Engineering, Repair Item, a Battery, a Tire Iron, Fuel, a Flashlight and a Wrench. Each stage of repair takes 40 AP to reach Pristine.

A Pristine Automobile can hold up to 12 faction members, depending on the type of vehicle, and gives a movement bonus superior even to flying. Fuel lasts for about 60-70 ticks. Vehicles can take up to 200 points of damage. Having a drunk driver at the wheel makes movement erratic and increases the risk of degrading the vehicle's condition. Spellcasters, Gunmen, Throwers, and Archers enable the drive by option. Special ramming attack does triple damage on faction wards at the risk of degrading the vehicle's condition.

Imagine a fully packed Escalade bursting into an enemy faction, with Wizards throwing spells, and Eternal Soldiers firing away with SMG's from within the safety of the vehicle. I feel this would add a freshness to factional combat.

This would make the forsaken dream of having a failbus a reality, of course the forsaken bus would probably fall apart before it got to the other faction (probably leaving the entire raiding team further from the enemy faction than they started).
