Old classic from the days of Urban Dead. Found in Fire Stations and Sporting Goods Stores (maybe replacing the Truncheon in the latter?). Deals 10 Fire damage at 0% base to hit, single-use.

Can't be done without an esoteric Wizard restriction, because Arcane Marksman charged shots don't consume ammunition at all. With Greater Arcane Siphon, full spell affinity and a 6 Fire Flare Gun they'd be able to blast-off 26 damage attacks (of their learned element) without any additional stims; 31 vs. wards, which imo is a bit too far. Gun Wizard is kind of a pain since they somewhat restrict design of rare firearms, at least away from 'low ammo/difficult-to-obtain ammo with high stats' kinds.

Would the "doesn't use ammunition" aspect affect a weapon that's consumed upon use? Because that's what I meant by "single-use".

That... doesn't make too much sense though, right? Flare guns shoot well, flares (or some kind of close analogue for Clash purposes, I guess). They're not generally a disposable item. What would we be doing ingame, pulling the trigger and then lobbing it at our enemy's head for good measure? c':
