This bug is back.
I was playing as your alt (I must have hacked your account. Sorry) who is a member of the Fraternity of Wondercraft. Zhe went to the shrine to undedicate zhimself and clicked "leave", only to be told:
- You have joined the Fraternity of Wondercraft! (2013-03-12 19:10:09).
Zhe then tried the old "find another guild to enter/leave" trick. Clicking "join" followed by "leave" for the Sires produced:
- (2 times) You have joined the Sires of Retribution. (2013-03-13 11:59:03).

I'll try another build when the alt has the AP/MP.

Shrines are just portals under the hood. So what you're seeing is probably just the portal use message.

To clarify are you actually leaving the guild, on clicking leave?

Nope, I'm not.
Leaving a guild (other than Adamant Kinship) is supposed to produce a message explaining - in a painful and fatal manner - that the Elder Power isn't happy with you.

EDIT: Successfully joined and left the Adamant Kinship. My chap is now not dedicated to any guild.

Dev team has finally found a solution to this and it will be fixed in the next patch.
