Assuming other devs don't raise concerns with it, I have a fix for this that bumps the time of death by a minute if the corpse will expire in the next 60 seconds (at the time of skill use).

This has been fixed on dev. The bug also would be triggered by Phantasmal Terror, Judging, or Steady Aim. Any effects after those with a listed modifier would duplicate the modifier text.

I don't know of any reason dev team would want to limit faction leaders. Everyone is a leader in one of my factions for administrative ease.
